Falls, night wandering and response times. With a silhouette-only mode in the areas where privacy is not up for negotiation.

What it detects
- Falls
- A sudden change of posture to floor level and the person remaining in that position.
- Unassisted standing attempts
- For residents flagged as at risk, before the fall actually happens.
- Night wandering
- Movement outside hours or towards areas that do not belong, such as exits or stairs.
- Time on the floor
- How long help takes to arrive. The figure that actually changes the prognosis.
Dignity comes first
In bedrooms and bathrooms the system works in silhouette-only mode: the box receives a figure, not a recognisable image. It detects the fall without a viewable image ever existing. In common areas full mode can be kept or not, depending on what you decide with your data protection officer.
Why Article 9 matters
Health data carries reinforced protection. A system that uploads images of residents to somebody else's server to analyse them is very hard to justify. One that processes inside the building and stores nothing starts from a completely different position.
