What we collect and why
- What you give us
- Your email address, which service interests you and whatever free text you write. Nothing else. There are no hidden fields.
- What we use it for
- To answer you and arrange the demo. We do not add you to any list or put you into an automated email sequence.
- Who processes it
- The form is submitted through a third-party service that turns it into an email to our address. From there it lives in our mail provider.
- How long we keep it
- For as long as the commercial conversation lasts and the applicable legal period afterwards. You can ask for deletion sooner at any time.
Lawful basis
We process your data because you gave it to us so that we would reply, which corresponds to pre-contractual measures taken at your request and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in handling commercial enquiries.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict it, object to the processing or take it elsewhere, by writing to contact@mindoratechnologies.com. If you believe we have got it wrong, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
