Does it work with the cameras I already have?
In most cases yes. It works with any IP camera that streams over RTSP, which is the standard on Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Bosch and Hanwha. We check it against yours during the demo, before you decide anything.
Do I need an internet connection?
Not to work. The analysis happens inside the box. A connection is only needed for alerts to reach your phone and for updates.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the number of cameras and whether it is one site or several. We would rather look at it with you during the demo than quote a figure, because a four-camera installation and a forty-camera one have nothing in common. No lock-in and no exit penalty.
Does it record my staff?
It stores no video. Images live ninety seconds in memory and are discarded. In the areas you choose you can switch on silhouette-only mode, where there is no recognisable image.
Where is my data?
In the Amazon Web Services region in Spain, and it does not leave the European Union. Only alert data reaches the cloud, never images: that is an architectural restriction, not a setting anyone can turn off. The video stays on your recorder, and stays yours.
What stage is the product at?
Guard has a pilot running in a pharmacy. Care is in preparation and Cities is exploratory. We would rather tell you before the demo than after: if you are looking for a product with ten years of installations behind it, we are not that yet.
Are you an official Odoo partner?
Yes. We do implementation, migration from other systems and module development when the standard does not cover the case.
