Behavior detection in video is going through the same shift LLMs already went through: instead of one model per task, you ship one ensemble of specialists and configure it per use case. Mindora ships five vision specialists (anomaly, object/person interaction, scene & trajectory, pose / privacy-mode skeleton, and group/social dynamics) plus an on-device agent runtime (Pydantic AI on Qwen 2.5-3B INT4) that fuses their outputs into a single explainable alert for the operator.
Mindora's Guard runs three of the vision specialists. Mindora's Care reuses two and brings in pose. Smart Cities reuses two and adds one more. The industrial and crowd roadmap reuses three. Same Box, same hardware, same ensemble across all of them. The only thing that changes per domain is the prompt pack and the agent setup. That's why a new vertical takes around three weeks of engineering plus a customer-development cycle, not a new model trained from scratch.
Reusing the same ensemble across verticals is what makes this scale.
