Vertical AI on-devicefor retail, citiesand care.
Mindora's Box is a small on-device AI unit that plugs into the CCTV you already have and turns it into a behavior-detection system. GDPR-native by architecture, ready for the EU AI Act by design, built in Spain on NVIDIA Jetson Orin.
One box. One ensemble. Many domains.
Behavior detection in video is going through the same shift LLMs already went through: instead of one model per task, you ship one ensemble of specialists and configure it per use case. Mindora ships six (anomaly, object/person interaction, scene & trajectory, privacy-mode skeleton, group/social dynamics and RGB action), and every new vertical reuses what already exists.
Mindora's Guard runs three of them. Smart Cities reuses two and adds one more. Care reuses two and brings in privacy-mode skeleton. The industrial and crowd roadmap reuses three. Same Box, same hardware, same ensemble across all of them. The only thing that changes per domain is the prompt pack and the agent setup. That's why a new vertical takes around three weeks of engineering plus a customer-development cycle, not a new model trained from scratch.
Reusing the same ensemble across verticals is what makes this scale.

Three regulatory vectors
converging on edge-only.
Proportionality doctrine hardening.
CNIL definitively ruled Veesion non-compliant June 2025. AEPD enforced €1.8M against Aena (Nov 2025), €950K against Yoti (Mar 2026), €500K against FC Barcelona (Mar 2026). The "less-intrusive alternatives" doctrine privileges edge-native by definition.
Cloud sovereignty hardening.
EU Data Act Chapter VII applies Sept 2025. EU Cloud Sovereignty Framework Oct 2025. EU e-evidence package Aug 2026. Schrems III risk on the Data Privacy Framework. Cloud-architected behavior detection faces escalating compliance overhead.
AI Act high-risk obligations.
Title III lands 2 August 2026. Risk management, logging, transparency, human oversight, post-market monitoring. All structurally easier on edge than cloud. Sanctions: €35M or 7% global turnover.
Mindora's bet: cloud doesn't become illegal. Cloud becomes uneconomic and indefensible for this use case faster than incumbents can re-architect.
Three founders. One prior exit. Production CV/ML at scale.

- 01Product Owner on two computer-vision systems running in production today: an athlete-brand detection pipeline and a camera-quality model on top of a video-management platform.
- 02Built an LLM + graph data unification system reconciling around 910 customers in two weeks at a previous SaaS role.
- 03Owns Mindora's agent reasoning layer and product strategy.

- 01Designed the CI/CD backbone of a previous engineering team, cutting deploy time by 5 to 10× across 5–6 projects with a 10-person team.
- 02Physics background plus Web Application Development training. Full-stack execution depth.
- 03Owns Mindora's perception layer (specialist ensemble) and edge deployment.

- 01Built and ran an AWS dev/test environment at a Spanish telecom, supporting 300+ distributors and around 15,000 services in production.
- 02Computer Science background with mobile and cloud infrastructure depth.
- 03Owns Mindora's operations, infrastructure, and the customer-facing dashboard layer.
We co-founded a blockchain-ticketing startup in 2023 that was acquired by a Spanish security group in February 2024. The lesson we carry into Mindora: anchor on validated traction with real customers before raising.
Where we are today.
Anomaly specialist at 0.844 AUC on out-of-distribution retail footage. Open-vocabulary thesis validated zero-shot.
Two computer-vision systems currently running in production where our team is acting as Product Owner: a sports analytics pipeline and a camera-quality model on a video-management platform.
We are in active negotiations with anchor customers across our target verticals. A Spanish retail chain is in pre-LOI conversations at CEO level, a smart-cities partner has confirmed a Box deployment, and we have exploratory talks running with an industrial integrator, a VMS vendor and elderly-care residences for Y2–Y3.
One platform. Many verticals.
The product is Mindora's Box plus Mindora's Dashboard: a small on-device unit running our specialist ensemble, and an operator console on top. Every vertical we ship runs on the same two pieces.
Mindora's Box
The on-device AI brain. NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX, 100 TOPS of compute, six behavior specialists and an agent runtime, all in a single fanless unit that plugs into the CCTV you already have. No video leaves the premises.
Mindora's Dashboard
The operator-facing layer on top of the Box. Live events with bounding-box review, a triage queue with false-positive feedback, an audit trail for every alert and per-tenant isolation across every vertical Mindora ships.
Same Box. Same Dashboard. Different prompt pack per domain.
Mindora's Guard
Retail loss prevention. Pre-LOI with a Spanish retail anchor.

RoadmapWhere we're going. In that order.
Four phases. One ensemble, one Box, many domains — each phase earns the next.
