Fall management notifications to staff
An anomaly suggesting a possible fall is surfaced to on-shift staff for clinical response. Mindora’s Care does not detect or diagnose; it notifies.
Notification, not diagnosisMindora’s Care is on Mindora's platform roadmap. We are sequencing the launch carefully because the regulatory architecture for AI behavior monitoring in healthcare requires it.
Get notified at launchA small, deliberate set of behavior-anomaly events surfaced to staff — not clinical decisions, not predictions, not autonomous response.
An anomaly suggesting a possible fall is surfaced to on-shift staff for clinical response. Mindora’s Care does not detect or diagnose; it notifies.
Notification, not diagnosisFor cognitively impaired residents, departures from typical movement patterns are flagged for staff review against the resident's individualized care plan.
Pattern-based, not predictiveProlonged immobility in atypical contexts is surfaced to support clinical response time. The decision to act remains with the care team.
Human-in-the-loopThese are architectural constraints, not marketing claims. Every Mindora’s Care deployment package is built against this list.
Private spaces use skeleton (pose) representation by default. RGB capture is reserved for common areas with prominent multi-language AEPD-compliant signage.
AEPD · Default-onMindora’s Care is a behavior anomaly notification system. We never say "detects falls" without the "for staff response" qualifier, and we never claim to predict anything.
Anti-overclaimThe residencia is the data controller. Mindora is the data processor under Art. 28 RGPD contracts. Roles do not blur.
Art. 28 RGPDRe-identification embeddings rotate per day. There is no persistent biometric template store on Mindora infrastructure.
No biometric DBEvery Mindora’s Care deployment package ships with a DPIA template for the residencia's data protection assessment workflow.
Deployment packageLawful basis is "provision of health and social care" under Ley 41/2002 and Ley 39/2006 — never consent, never legitimate interest.
Art. 9(2)(h)Camera-monitoring stations require per-user authentication. No shared logins. Every action is attributable.
Audit · AttributableArchitecturally ready to comply if EU AI Act Annex III is amended to add "AI behavior monitoring of vulnerable persons" as a high-risk classification.
AI Act · Forward-compatibleMindora’s Care launches when the regulatory architecture is fully validated. Spain's AEPD-sociosanitaria regime, EU AI Act high-risk classification boundaries, and MDR Class IIa thresholds require careful sequencing.
We are building the platform now — Mindora’s Guard live, Mindora’s Cities live with the Alphanet partnership. Mindora’s Care launches when the compliance stack is bulletproof, which we estimate at 2027–2028 based on May 2026 deep research on the Spanish and EU elderly-residence behavior detection AI regulatory landscape.
First paid Spanish residencia ~24–30 months from May 2026. Paid pilots realistic at 12–15 months for design-partner residencias. We are talking to operators now to align on architectural commitments before pilot.
Mindora’s Care will work with 3–5 Spanish residencia operators in design-partner mode during Y2–Y3 development. If you operate a residencia and want to shape the product before launch, talk to us.
