This Privacy Policy describes how Mindora Technologies, S.L. (“Mindora”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with this website (mindoratechnologies.com) and the products built on the Mindora platform (Mindora’s Box, Mindora’s Guard, Mindora’s Cities, Mindora’s Care).

2. Personal data we process
- Contact data submitted via website forms (email, role, firm/organization, optional message).
- Email correspondence when you write to us at contact@mindoratechnologies.com or reply to our outreach.
- Technical logs (IP address, user agent, referrer) collected by our hosting provider for security and abuse prevention.
3. Legal bases (GDPR Article 6)
- Article 6(1)(b) — performance of pre-contractual steps you request (demos, RFP responses, materials).
- Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest in responding to inbound business inquiries and protecting our infrastructure.

4. Retention
Contact data is retained for as long as the conversation is active and for up to 24 months after last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. tax obligations for invoiced engagements).
5. Recipients and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with vetted processors strictly necessary to operate the website and respond to inquiries (hosting, email, helpdesk). Whenever possible, processors are located in the EU/EEA. Where international transfers occur, they rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary measures.
6. Your rights (GDPR Articles 15–22)
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent by emailing contact@mindoratechnologies.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
7. Product-level data processing
For deployments of Mindora’s Guard, Cities, or Care, the customer (retailer, municipality, residence) is the data controller for video processed on-device. Mindora acts as a data processor under a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) template aligned with GDPR Article 35 and AEPD guidance on video surveillance. 8. Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified via this page and, when appropriate, by email.
